Hi Andy. I would like to say that for myself, censorship of any kind ruins the overall experience of the thing being viewed, whether it's films, video games, or anything else. Also, I left a red heart.

I feel like some of the best jav movies could have been great if it wasnt for the censorship. Totally ruins it

For me, it's a 50/50. Whatever your cup of tea is, enjoy it. You like what you like, for exmple, if you're a marvel fan or dc fan or both, then cool, sorry if I'm rambling on but that's my 2 cents, be easy everyone.

Pregnant JAV is always great, regardless of censored or uncensored

Nevertheless, Uncensored JAV is harming the pregnant JAV industry, and in some cases, harming the pregnant JAV actresses benefits.

FYI, Japanese law required all AV to be censored. Thus, in most (if not all) cases, censored JAVs are produced by proper AV studios which are following the rules and laws, in which the pregnant JAV actresses are properly compensated and protected; while uncensored JAVs are taken by individual or released by some AV studios(e.g., non-edited version of the censored JAV, like portions of SMA-xxx, etc) which is facing financial issues, etc.

Uncensored AV, in majority of the situation, are taken or released without the consent of the pregnant ladies.

For instance, the individual may ask the lady out for dating and shoot the video by lying to her that it was only for personal use; subsequently, said video is released online (like FC2) and the individual is the one that earn the money, instead of the pregnant lady. As another example, the pregnant lady may signed a contract with an AV studio for shooting a censored JAV, but later the AV studio may "accidentally" got the original videos "stolen" and released.

Recently, many FC2 sellers got arrested because of that. You may find in the near future that either many (if not all) of the uncensored JAVs have been deleted (e.g., from FC2), or the sellers which previously released uncensored JAV have started to release censored JAV instead.

From the perspective view of AV studios which follow the rules and laws, their businesses got unduly damaged by uncensored AV content platform like FC2 (as you know, if the price of an AV is similar for both censored version and uncensored version, one would have probably chosen uncensored version). Accordingly, they can only try to either shift their focus to other AV genres (e.g., Marx Brother which releaes the famous SMA and SMS series and Aroma which releases the classic ARMD series have decided not to invest anymore in pregnant JAV, though they(at least Aroma) are still surviving and releasing AV until today) , or take the risk and break the law in shooting uncensored AV/releasing non-edited AV.

Thus, even though the mosaic in censored JAV may affect the watching experiences, please try to always support original (i.e., censored) pregnant JAV, since that may be the only way the pregnant JAV industry survive, so that we can see more pregnant JAV in the future

Sometimes, the best JAVs out there are only available censored. Just one of those little annoyances you have to put up with; I've heard some JAV actors say that they hate mosaic censorship and want to get rid of it already.

If the belly's huge, I don't care if its' censored or not. But unfortunately, I have never seen a JAV starring a preggo with huge belly...

Japan produces much porn, probably highest than any other country, but have this kind of censorship laws. That i don't understand, one side very open sexuality, and other side government with restricted laws.

Yes, you are correct. The porn industry in Japan is so huge that it is actually contributing to the country's GDP. 

It is a good question regarding the censorship, and it is complicated (it involves histories of Japan, the nature & characteristics of Japanese, and the overall environment in Japan) to give a short and precise answer for that.

I have heard a lots of different versions of reason, so please allow me some time to do some researches and get back to you guys thereafter
