I can see some differences among them. #14, for example, gives you the chance to actually make her pregnant and not have to raise the kid. #4 and #19 differentiates between a woman who got pregnant accidentally and can't/won't raise the baby and a woman who got pregnant deliberately on someone else's behalf. #2 is about bedding a pregnant woman you meet by chance, basically a one night stand or a very brief affair. I've started toying with the idea of #21 but have not taken the plunge yet.

Well i like doing 1 and 10 (i'm a male) even if i dont dislike 9 i prefer softer ones or maybe just youtube videos of pregnant bumpdates,  preganncy progression videos (in 2 minutes little videos of belly week by week) and i love watching pregnant girl dancing, it's so hot. I wish i could meet a real pregnant girl and it will be fantastic to date one... but here in Italy society have so many sexual stigmas and it's difficult to do anything considered "weird" by people...
