Im probably not the only and absolutely not the best Developer here but i just had the idea of making a pregnancy focused video game.

I work as a software developer and also sometimes work with game engines like unity.

I dont know how much time i can invest in a project like this but if anyone has a good idea for a preggo game: tell me. 
It should be small (not a video game like you would get from a huge company with 50+ Developers or something) but fun.

I have an idea! How bout one where you are in a mall, park, beach, or town square & there are randomly-generated pregnant NPCs & the goal is to talk to them to get them to show their bellies &/or let you rub them. The challenge is to convince them to do so, via a multiple choice mechanic where if you choose the right dialog, the easiest NPCs will do as you ask. The more success you have, the more your charismatic meter ranks up allowing you to convince more.

I’d love a pregnancy simulator where you have to appease a squirming baby. That’s goal being to stay pregnant as long as possible. I’d love if it was available on mobile as well.

I'd be interested in a simple VR game. There's a decent amount of 2D games out already, with a handful of 3D games and mods, but nothing purpose-built for VR. I know it's a sort-of niche area, but my line of thinking is most people here may only get to experience pregnancy through a digital medium (for the most part). The closest thing you can get to the real thing, as far as I'm aware, would be through VR.

On that note, if you were to make a proof of concept, maybe just have a small room with a girl, a very basic AI, and most importantly, a major focus on belly customization, interactions/physics, etc. That way anyone can shape her belly to their liking and interact with it realistically, and theoretically you'd have the framework to expand the game from there.

That's just my thoughts anyway. I'm no game developer, though I was considering trying to make something similar if I ever decided to learn Unreal Engine or whatnot. Excited to see where this goes!

Thats an amazing Idea! I love that. Maybe ill try to do sth in this direction!

You could make a game similar to the game hazumi and the pregnation where the goal is to basically just get pregnant again and again, but maybe add more mechanics so that you have to be mindful of other needs besides just sleep, or have more jobs than just sex and maid, see that pregnant character in other kinds of enviornments. I think one major difference you could also implement into this game is an outfit system as well so you can truly style the character you play as however you like, i personally enjoy games where the character truly feels like your own character, but idk just food for thought.

What's your preferred timeline for a setting here? Frankly, I have this idea of pregnant women through the ages, starting from prehistoric modern humans to maybe the the Information Age of the 1990s to late 2000s. Maybe it could become an educational game, of how pregnant women lived out their lives as they work hard to bring their bundles of joy to the world.

Marie's Adventure is a game that has a ton of potential, being made by an artist with a pregnancy fetish. I don't know if the dev wants help but since they are an artist they might need help with coding.

If none of you have played this one, it's the best game with a pregnancy system that I've played since hazumi, you can get pregnant with upto quads and there are pregnant sex and birth scenes, and it's only in alpha. Art is really good, and while it's in RPG maker the combat is pretty easy.
