What’s so special about it….people have sex during pregnancy all the time. Some people use it to induce labor.

Uh, no! Dropped just means it dropped into position to be born

Medically, yes it should be absolutely fine as long as your doctor/midwife/doula haven't told you to stop sexual activity for any reason.

If your partner is complaining that she's uncomfortable however, it doesn't really matter what science says because she's obviously not feeling it.
