For me it happened organically and as far as I'm aware there was no trigger. It just happened the same time as I discovered porn. I was aware of a vague attraction to pregnant women from an early age, but when I did discover porn I wasn't interested in much but pictures of pregnant women. For me, I found that years of sex-ed that promoted little more than Abstinence as a 100% sure-fire way to prevent unplanned pregnancies, I developed a fear or intercourse because of the possibility of pregnancy. I hated the feel of condoms and didn't trust the girl to be "on the pill".

As a result, the ONLY way I could be okay with the idea of sex was to DESIRE pregnancy or desire a woman already pregnant knowing she couldn't get pregnant while pregnant. Combine this with my idea that pregnancy was not only a woman's most feminine act but also an act of affirmation to the partner, and it becomes an incredibly potent fantasy.
