Turns out she wasn't giving birth to her Aunt's child. She was just helping her Aunt give birth.

As far as I know, most clinics would require the surrogate to be 21 and have had at least 1 delivery without any complications. It's more of an health issue than anything since they don't want risk any teens having to go through any emergency procedures.

I remember a woman that carried her daughters babies as her surrogate, effectively making the grandma the bearer of the children. The woman had her uterus removed due to cancer and thus needed a surrogate. I think they were from Brazil.
