So my friend of a few years is pregnant and currently homeless. She's been struggling to find stable employement/housing and I know she's at a homeless shelter about 40 minutes away. I've always had a crush on her and her belly is HUGE. She's a small gal (around 4'11") and none of her clothes cover her belly. My hope is she'll warm up to me and let me pursue something further for my kindness. Obviously I want her to be off the streets too but when else am I gonna have a huge ripe preggo in my home who's desperate?

Life's short. Do the thing - if you can.

The only ethical way to pull this off is to make sure she knows upfront what she's getting into: you think she and her pregnancy are hot and you're offering your place in exchange for favors. You both have something to offer one another, and if you're both 100% cool offering those things, it's a match. If you can't put it like that (well, maybe a little more delicately) and receive enthusiastic consent in return, then you really have no business offering because you'd just be taking advantage of her situation. And you know it.

Some years back I probably would have said this sounds like a bad idea altogether, but I'm not getting any younger and that made me realize I needed to take some risks if I wanted to have certain things in my life. It's actually gone quite well for me. I'm fortunate.

To that end... be prepared to stay together well beyond the pregnancy. You may both catch feels, and that's not a bad thing.

I did something very similar to what @Nora_bby wants to do, and it was one of the best decisions of my life for multiple reasons. I'm glad I took the risk. Yes, things could change someday, and perhaps I will have some regrets. But that's the nature of life. None of what you just described is a certainty.

And anyway, he had a crush on her before the pregnancy. Aww.

@Masterofpreggos does raise a good point about the sperm donor, though. I don't have that problem in my situation, which makes things a lot easier. You'll want to get that cleared up fast.

Well the only thing i say here is nevera raise childs they are not yours only take care of your real blood
