You can start by asking him about any sexual fantasies or fetishes he might have. That way, it makes it easier to eventually talk about yours with him. It can also be a convo about further exploring each others sexual fantasies. And that, is one way to explain it to him. That the thought of a pregnant belly, the way a woman's body changes during pregnancy is what turns you on. That this is definitely NOT about having kids and is just a fetish. I think your BF will understand, especially if it's framed this way.

Absolutely. Who knows, maybe he shares your fetish. You need to be honest and open in a realtionship and he would inevitably find out eventually. Just be up front. If I had a GF and she told me she had a pregnancy fetish I would be the happiest man on Earth.

Surrogacy is a great idea. You get to realize your fantasy, don't have to raise the baby (or babies), and you'll even get paid to do it.
