In the beginning (6:29), she appears in a secluded dark room barefoot, dressed in white satin nightwear, revealing a large pregnant belly before colorful paint is seen dripping from between her legs (10:20), no doubt emulating a woman going into labor. Sexiness is exuded through the video as her belly casually sticks out like a beach ball. As artsy the video is I’m surprised we didn’t see it expand. The poked navel and being barefoot was an added bonus.

Is this a music video or behind the scenes footage of Lisa Bonet on the set of “The Cosby Show” or Nenah Cherry giving birth after performing?

Later on, we see FKA Twigs cradling another swollen ebony bump with some freakishly long finger nails before giving birth to a colorful scarf. The effects this go round a even more realistic; “Jane the Virgin” realistic.

All in all, pretty good content for two videos. The pictures don't give her much justice.
