I'd say no for a couple reasons. For the woman going up to a 34D that would be 5 or so cup sizes because that would be like her going from a 30B to a 30 DDD/F or a 34AA to a 34D which is very rare. Same principle for the woman with a with a 44DDD but slightly different because a FFF doesn't exist. Also the woman with a 44 band size is either really tall, overweight, or sized incorrectly. Look up a sizing chart I think that would help with what you're asking about.

@Gm321 the bustier one is 5'9, 295 pre-pregnancy. So yeah, overweight and tall.

As others have said, massive growth is very unlikely but not impossible.

I realize I am late to the party on this one but as with anything else with women, you can't predict breast size increase/decrease on women when it comes to pregnancy/lactation and yes, I did say decrease. Fact of the matter is that I've read a lot about and spoken with a lot of women about their breast changes during pregnancy and subsequent lactation and the spectrum of breast change is vast. It goes from increasing cup size, where a 5 cup size increase is not abnormal, to a normally large breasted women not gaining any cup size and actually losing a cup size or two after breastfeeding. Some small breasted women have a breast increase with each pregnancy and subsequent breastfeeding and end up being busty the rest of their lives. It's the same with milk production. There are many small breasted women who produce copious amounts of milk while huge breasted women struggle to give their child a normal amount of milk.

With respect to bra cup sizes, DD-cup = E-cup, DDD-cup = F-cup, DDDD=G-cup, then H-cup, I-cup, J-cup, etc.
