Cool *gives thumbs up* my little sister (a year younger than me) has something like that. Before her pregnancies & even a month after she gave birth, her belly would look big, sometimes bigger than that woman. It would stay big anywhere from a few days, a few weeks & sometimes a few months. Her belly button would pop out everytime. She'd usually be twin size & sometimes be as big as model requested block in a fske belly. People would ask her when she was due. I think maybe 2018 2 months after she gave birth, her belly was measing 40 weeks with twins. It went down a lil after the birth then got huge again. A mom commented "so you're not pregnant & yet your belly is twin size." Then "I had 5 kids & my belly never looked that big 2 months after birth! I'd be embarrassed posting this."

she looks pregnant every night AND you wouldnt have to deal with a kid?
if her partner has a pregnancy/inflation fetish they'd be living the dream lol

Then there's the question of what happens when she does get pregnant for real, which is like the premise of some preggo deviantart story.

It certainly causes her some discomfort and annoyance in life, but after talking with her a bit, she stays pretty active and is in good spirits, and doesn't let it get her down! I hope this is okay to post here!

Curious if there's any bare pics of her when she's not fully distended...but I mean if it's never not distended that's a brutal condition.

Sort of similar to those women with Endometriosis, which as much as it's nice to see a bloated belly you really feel sorry for them, and the procedures they have to take to lessen it.
