This is something that I’ve always wondered. Why don’t mainstream pornstars (like ones you see on Brazzers or RealityKings or other similar sites) do scenes while pregnant? I’ve seen a few that have gotten pregnant and then take time off and that’s about it. Is it because it’s too taboo or something along those lines? In the cam girl community there’s dozens that still film while pregnant and it’s pretty popular from what I’ve seen. What are your thoughts?

My guess is because pregnancy fetish is still very niche in the porn community, and more people would be turned off and not interested in a pornstar if she was pregnant than those who would, especially if it's a mainstream one.

You can ask this about any kind of specific fetish/kink. Because it's a niche market. It would only appeal to certain viewers, it wouldn't sell well to their typical demographic.

Not only that, but people, especially I think to pornstar watching enthusiasts, can be quite shallow in mindset. I could easily believe there's a large group of people who would be turned off learning of the fact their favorite pornstar has gotten pregnant and given birth and now has a "well this body is ruined" shallow mindset. Thus I believe many go into hiding and not even acknowledge to their viewers that it happened to not lose those paying viewers.

This is less of a risk to camgirls and others who post online instead of what you would call "mainstream porn stars". So that's why we only see pregnant camgirls and the women you see on like clips4sale.

Because their careers would essentially be over at that point. Like what was said earlier, many people see a pregnant porn actress's body as ruined and will quickly drop her and go to the next one. That's why you see a lot of big pornstars waiting until they're either retired or near retired to get pregnant.

i've seen a few examples. mackenzie star did a bangbus shoot that was great. nancy vee did some good pregnant stuff.

It does happen, but I think most are too old/retired by the time they're pregnant.

Is Score not mainstream? It's been years since I bought a copy, but from what I recall the preggo stuff was all in XL Girls - the sister mag - regardless of how fat the models actually were.

It could also be a personal choice of the porn star instead of a marketability choice. A 'well, I'm pregnant with my child, this is personal time for my family and myself so I don't need to perform because I don't feel like it'.

Yes multiple reasons, most mentioned already and I would add medical issues. But the main reason as I see it is money = the low demand. The market for this material is simply not strong enough to attract more supply.
