There's nothing like a belly button popping out during pregnancy, especially when it happens early.

The outtie as it is known amoung the fetish community is indeed an arousing feature of pregnancy. It is an indicator of how swollen the woman's belly has become which is what I find to be hot about it. I love drawing huge pregnant bellies with protruding outties.
