For me, it is the belly. Not to be rude to people that like BBW, but I'm not a fan of those kinds of bellies, for me its pregnancy because of the specific shape of the belly. I prefer the large, orb over the rolls (again, if thats what you like, I ain't judgin' trust me I like stuff others say is weird too). The bigger breasts are an added bonus too.

So why do you like pregnant women? Or pregnancy in general?

I love the idea in my mind of the waddle, the struugle, fullhips, baby dropped low, my contractions turning someone else on, etc. Aching back. All of that stuff, maybe its masochistic idk

Pregnant bellies and if I have to be honest that's all I care about, no sex, just rub the belly. I don' have the slightest idea why I love pregnant women so much, I'd like to know at which point as a kid I found pregnant women attractive.

I think the same... The belly. Even in not a sexual way, just rub it and take care of that pregnant lady.

I guess "other" means pregnancy-related body changes, like wider buttocks (can I tell her she has a nice butt?) ;-) The bigger belly is the most noticeable or visible thing about pregnancy. I'm not too big on breasts, but I like them as part of her pregnant mother figure.

It figures that a dude with a math-related username would say something like this, but there's a certain geometric appeal to pregnant bellies for me. Same goes for large breasts/butts. I guess I just like round things.

Also, it's always fascinating to listen to a pregnant woman talk about which of the baby's body parts are where and demonstrate that on the surface of her belly.
