If someone gave you James Cameron money to make a pregnancy fetish film, what would it be about? lol

Dystopian film about a world where every woman is infertile except for a handful of women whose job it is to reopen the planet. The main heroine would be the key to unlocking the barren wombs in the majority of the infertile.

Sci Fi/ horror film about a teen visiting relatives in an isolated town and discovering that all the women of childbearing age are pregnant. However, he and two other girls are the only people in town aware of the pregnancies. They join forces to uncover the secret behind the pregnancy pandemic.

I'd actually do a remake of something like Demon Seed or Inseminoid and actually make it decent and with some quality bare belly scenes. And also hire a good looking sexy actress to play the pregnant character role.

Basically, the distant future sees the first quadrillionaire class developing a god complex and solving our Solar System's untenable population problem by shipping lower-class citizens off to exoplanets in massive colony ships. These "craddle" ships orbit their respective planets while intelligent machinery terraform the planet for eventual human arrival. Approximately 200 years before the estimated time of colonization, humans on-board are awoken from cryosleep and subjected to a 2-century breeding spree. The women are forced to carry pregnancy after pregnancy throughout their fertile years and milked to provide the colony with a nutritional supplement. The men perform menial work whenever they're not called upon to impregnate. This program's purpose is to ensure the colony has sufficient genetic diversity to sustain the planet's population. The colony is overseen by a smaller group of elite families, who serve as the doctors, peacekeepers, officers, and other important roles.

The movie takes place in the waning decades of the "incubation period" before this particular planet is ready for colonization. The protagonist is a young medical student from the ship's elite class. Despite the dream she thinks being an OBGYN for the colony will be, she's oblivious to just how badly the lower-class masses have it. Her parents are particularly influential members and arranged her residency to be in the elite class's private hospital, hoping she'd lose her resolve to help the breeders and continue to treat the wealthy. She horrifyingly discovers the truth when she instead sneaks onto a lower floor of the ship to see what it's like outside of her bubble: claustrophobic sleeping nooks, rooms full of laboring mothers, orgies with the men drugged on powerful aphrodisiacs, and women well past their fertile years still fueling the colony's milk supply. She learns that the masses are kept compliant through a series of drug treatments that affect their memory, making none of them unable to recall how they got on the ship and the women forgetful of how many babies they've had by that point. She'll spend the movie trying to fight against this cruel system. It's not a thriller movie without a twist ending though! She ultimately gets apprehended and sent back to her parents, who seem initially receptive of her, but they remind us they're ancestors are the ones who had this dream ...

In the last scene, the protagonist wakes up in a spacious bedroom, turning her head to look at a screen on the bedside. The colonization clock has only 3 hours to go, and it sounds like a huge celebration is going on outside. She tries to get up, but then suddenly discovers she's fully pregnant! She gets up in a rush and searches the room. A breast pump and small milk vat are next to the bed; she feels her breasts and realizes they're stained. She goes to a window, and notices a train of small transporters already starting to bring people down to the planet. She then approaches a mirror, noticing new wrinkles and realizing she's older than she remembered. She walks around and shortly gets a painful jolt as her water breaks on the floor. Doctors rush into the room, including one of her old friends from residency. The friend ignores her as the team brings her back to the bed and and straps her in with hand, feet, and body binds. She fights the team of doctors while being sternly ordered to push. As she gives in and pushes, she looks around the room one more time and notices several pictures on the wall, all with her holding onto one or two newborn babies she has no memory of. She realizes that she was punished to become a breeder as a result of her actions. The movie ends after a montage of her in her private room as well as other women in the crowded breeding quarters all screaming through a final contraction before the screen cuts to credits.

Yeah the mpreg stuff was really dumb and very off-putting.

I'd do a full-on adaptation of the story Ice Cream Girls by iLikeEmBig. Sarah vs Samantha...sister vs sister, in an epic pregnancy weight-gain showdown to see who can get the BIGGEST belly before they both POP. That story is, to this day, my gold-standard of pregnancy fiction.

As a horror buff, I'd go for a demon possession film.

I imagine the story like a naughty remix of Evil Dead. The characters are 5-6 beautiful female students deciding to go on a trip to a remote cabin (never heard that one before, huh?). Here they find some book of ancient lore and accidentally release a horny incubus. One by one, the girls are impregnated, resulting in near-instantaneous pregnancies - large bellies swirling with the demon's offspring. As a result, the girls lose all inhibitions and run around totally naked, hellbent on spreading the curse to their friends. At the climax, all but one of the girls are possessed, but I can't decide if I'll let her break the curse or if she'll be part of the demonic harem as well. Whatever justify a sequel I guess...

It's not the kind of film that would normally require a Cameron'esque budget, so I assume most of the cash would be used to convince the attractive female cast to get nude on screen. Hopefully, it could star some really big-names too.
