To answer my own question, if I were to seriously make a pregnancy fetish film, it would either be a straight-up porno or a schlocky Troma-style B-movie. Something like "PREGNANT WARRIOR CHICKS FROM THE FUTURE" or something like that. Zero budget, Spirit Halloween costumes, shot on phones, all that shit. (Also, the tagline would be "These sexy mamas-to-be have returned from the past to save the future! Action! Aliens! And lots of pregnant bellies!")

There's a good chance that within a decade we'll have videos generated on demand by AI based on descriptions like this. Perhaps a James Cameron Film Budget you could probably create a system that kinda works within a year, this is why a lot of hollywood is shitting itself at the moment.
