Her mental health or state. The woman has to be ok with her pregnancy and comfortable in that condition. She doesn't have to be "physically" comfortable, but psychologically or mentally ok with being pregnant if you know what I mean. If she's in a bad place mentally because of her pregnancy, it's definitely a no-go for me. Furthermore, if she doesn't feel sexy or confident in her pregnancy, I think it's highly likely she wouldn't be sexual as well.

I totally agree for me it has to be comfort , I had a situation where I was close to meeting someone who was pregnant but due to the pandemic and the person's rough living situation it wasn't really a good choice for me to go ahead with meeting them as I didn't want to spread anything to the person
