for me the belly in the whole and the belly button..I love it the most when the belly button is "gone" and is flush with the belly!  I'm not much for the popped button.  but everyone has their own taste of course

I'm a true breast man and love seeing women who's breasts seriously enlarge because of pregnancy. It's one thing to see an already large breasted woman get pregnant and grow, but to watch an A-cup grow to an F-cup during her pregnancy is truly amazing!!

Big fan of the belly button, especially if it stays an innie for a while throughout. Pierced ones especially.

Aside from the belly which is the obvious plus, I like the swollen feet/ankles. Just makes them look so exhausted and heavy. I like popped belly buttons as well, and I like when their thighs flare out to prepare for childbirth. Huge breasts are awesome as well. Pretty much the whole thing!
