why you do the extra work and put the "xx" in the link of a Porn site?

Its to protect the links longer. If someone clicks on the link and goes to manyvids, they have a record of where the link came from and can do a DMCA request and remove the file/link faster and easier. 

Plus it makes it more difficult for bots designed to crawl the forum looking for links.

bullshit. mega.nz doesn't care about DMCA. that's the whole reason why I and everyone else upload the videos to mega. so it still makes no sense.

its not mega.nz, its the performers or adult studios (manyvids, clip4sale, ect.) that care. Its easier to track links when you are linking directly to their sites. Thats why "TheEndIsNigh" used hxxp when he was linking to manyvids site. It had nothing to do with mega.nz.
