it'll be a while before this goes away to any extent. once a style happens, it experiences a trickle-down effect, becoming more and more embedded in everyday culture (and more watered down and bastardised in the process). 

there's also the factor that the leading lights of this style (ahem, K) are still propagating it, "influencing" more and more followers as time goes by. i don't see kim (and her sisters), and their acolytes letting go of this garish aesthetic any time soon. throw in social media feeding this beast on a level like never before, and we're stuck with it, sadly.

oh yeah, i remember the mid naughts, and how jersey shore and paris hilton were the tacky girl templates for a while. we can blame them for the influencer grifter plague because a certain K sister was paris hilton's personal assistant, and basically patterned her entire "career" on her.

if anything, i'm glad social media back then wasn't the pernicious beast it is now. it all went downhill when influencers glommed onto instagram and ruined it (i was a early adopter on insta, and it disgusts me that it went from a fun picture sharing app to being overrun by idiots, right-wing grifters, trolls, conspiracy theorists... like anything else online, really).

Personally I get excited when I see any pregnant woman. Just like every person, every pregnancy is different. You start looking for someone that is "ideal" and you'll never find them.

Granted I love seeing a large baby bump, but any pregnant woman is amazingly beautiful in my book.

There are people that will fixate on particular features. Like a guy that only likes big boobs, women that like muscle guys, etc. Over saturation from media is only part of the issue.

if i don't find a woman attractive in the first place, they're not going to be any more attractive to me because they're expecting. it's as simple as that, and i think that applies to most people. everyone has their preferences that check off certain boxes... if they're not there, a person in all likelihood will not find them attractive.

example; i don't find katy perry attractive. most everything about her look and aesthetic i find unappealing. on the other hand, i find rooney mara very easy on the eyes. they both share certain attributes that turn my crank (pale, black hair), but one is alluring to me and the other not at all. rooney mara is closer to a "ideal" for me. 

this is, ultimately, a porn site. one is going to be looking for something that appeals to their personal "ideal", because this is not real life. to put it bluntly, we're looking for wank material, and i'm not going to rub one out to someone i don't find physically attractive. you can't tell me you tug it to women you find unattractive. 

as far as your last statement, over saturation *IS* a huge part of the issue of why i've felt less and less enthused about this site, as others here have also stated. social media has created a huge glut of every attention-starved girl/woman posting pictures and videos that would have been better left on their phones. it's a torrent of content with little-to-no quality control, and 99% of it would be better off in the delete folder.

Also people here on the celebrity forum have been hyping themselves up whenever a celebrity they like has a little bulge, only to end up either being fat or bloated. Just look at the Jennifer Lawrence and Natalie Portman false alarms.

I'd like to add...I do hate when people hype those little bulges up. Far too often members of this community ask to see the biggest bellies as possible but when they post or capture a candid, it's of a woman who is like you say just fat. If you look at any thread or post where the lady's belly is torpedo, or bulging out like crazy, it gets everybody's like, so it's obvious more people (or everyone) prefers the biggest... No one has denied seeing the biggest. But then in return will post something just to say they posted something. They're content is blurry or short, they're shaking and approaching these woman with these bs lines that's giving themselves away, potentially compromising our way of life. Also these fetishes have gotten out of line. Pregnancy farts? Like how and why is that a thing? Now that's to much... Personality I prefer a woman clothed with the biggest freaking belly, I'm talking shirt not fitting, hanging past their waist, back-breaking huge... And I think most people would agree. Out of 100 people on here, if they post the biggest belly, it'll get 80-90 likes. But some regular or barely pregnant, gets maybe 5-10, so the evidence is there, but people need to have standards  Posting just to post isn't necessary
