So as you can see this is the program basically. The converted is on the right, original on the left. Even with a 1500 dollar computer which is basically a playstation 5 and a half it still takes like 25mins for this short video. Cranking out about 3.5 frames a second. The original video even though it says 480 it's probably 240 or 360. It does look marginally better using the CG algorithm. The problem with that one is it can distort some images. The rest of the other algorithms do borderline nothing so I went with that one. The shower video will probably do a lot better. Low resolution videos below 480 can't be restored as well. I'm experimenting with some old S.31 content. With my laptop, it took me about 4 hours to restore a 1 1/2 minute video with some promising results.

I use Topaz IA for professional work and it's worth every penny. Works better if you have dedicated GPU with at least 16GB RAM so it can process the frames faster.
