Pretending pregnancy

I'm a guy, and I do it as often as I can.  I typically use a kids' rubber play ball as my belly, but sometimes I'll use a feather pillow if I don't have a ball.  The pillow does not look like a real pregnant belly, but it feels good against my skin.  I will also occasionally use my own belly.  While my own belly has gotten smaller over recent years, it can still work as a small pregnant belly.

I thought I was the only guy that did that  when did you start

I started doing it as a kid.  Before I ever knew what sex was.  Through the years I've used pillows (don't really look pregnant, but feels nice), basketballs, even beach balls.
