Probably for the same reason people don't think twice about the beach. They assume you've got kids and your taking family photos. I'm guessing the trick to not get greedy and compromise your cover or linger around them for very long. It also helps that as far as fetishes go, ours is pretty not well known. Most women are still under the assumption that when they are pregnant,t they are fat and unattractive. I know when I told my gf about it that was her first comment. She didn't quite get it. So that helps I'm sure You guys doing this are fearless though. I'd be to nervous to do something like this

Johnslender has it exactly right... I am almost always with family taking hundreds of pictures of my kids in action. Sometimes my wife has a camera too and sometimes she borrows mine. I usually shoot from the hip using a tilt-up display (that is why the Nikon P500, P510, P520 and P900 cameras work well, but the P530 does not - a tilt-up screen is essential) so people don't know what I'm taking a picture of. Auto-focus assist - the little red light - is always turned off, sound is always off and I seldom use a flash... so no one knows when I take a picture. Superzoom also great for this.
They DO know that there is a guy around with a fairly big camera taking lots of pictures. Pictures are all in a public area, though, so it is legal in the US and Europe... but I still don't care to be punched in the nose or embarrassed in front of my family... fortunately that has never happened. I have been 'accused' by unhappy people on three occasions... while it made the heart race for a bit, the situations never went real sour. Ironically, once I really was only taking pictures of my kids. Enclosed please find my next installment... a very pretty young woman soon to be a triplets MILF at a waterpark. I spoke with her and the female lifeguard beside her (not in picture) and snapped these while waiting for my kids to come down a slide. These do show the limitations of the P500 series camera... inside shots are not great without flash. Even minor movements of camera or subject in low=light conditions blur the shot... but the subject was magnificent!
Please tell me there is more O_O
Afraid that's all of her that turned out well... may have a side shot without face... will look again.
In the mean time, let's go to the zoo. Enclosed please find some recent pictures taken with my Nikon P900. The best thing about the P900 is if you can see the subject with your naked eye, you can fill the screen with her on optical zoom. This reduces the chances of getting noticed and the shots turn out pretty good if the lighting isn't terrible. This young lady looked at least 10 months pregnant. It was a very hot day at the zoo and she was obviously very uncomfortable in her black shirt. Her belly was itching her something fierce also. I should have taken a video...
Things seem to be slow in the ol' voyeur thread...
Enclosed please find an easy camera trick... I started shooting many of my voyeur street shots in sports mode to get 'the right moment'. The newer cameras now take 7ish shots in that mode and can take close to a second, giving a shot which is clearly a different picture in frame 1 than frame 7. A little difference in editing and you clearly have a 2-for-1 picture... like the bulging beauties below! These pics all taken at the zoo with a P900 camera at medium range.
Now back to the beach!!!! Shots taken at various ranges, mostly long-range, with a Nikon P510. I don't think she ever saw me nor the camera. I got quite a few of her that turned out reasonably well. She stayed around most of the day!
