My first realization probably was at a daycare I used to go to right after school during kindergarten-5th grade. It must have been 1st or 2nd grade when one of the caretakers got pregnant. I already had a crush on her to begin with maybe because she was the only young woman that worked there but then she got pretty huge. I remember always coming in so excited to see her and get as many looks at her belly as I could. I was a really really shy kid and never ever asked her if I could touch it even though I knew she would let me. Other kids, mostly other girls around my grade, would always go and feel her belly and she was totally ok with it but I was just too scared. However, what I did decide to do was draw pictures of her. I used to draw these pictures of her with a giant belly, sometimes this was a reasonable size for a belly up to many times her size and I would keep them. I showed my mom one time and she showed the caretaker and she loved it but still I'm sad she never asked me if I wanted to feel it afterwards even knowing that I was really interested in her tummy.
Another thing I used to do when I was that young was going into doctors offices and looking for the pregnancy magazines to look at all the women. At one point I found a magazine with a fold out four panel vertical picture of this pregnant woman in a bikini and I was mesmerized, I thought it was the best thing ever and I couldn't really figure out why at that point.
