i know candids can be seen as stalking too, but outright following them, that literally IS stalking

So when you walk behind a person on a crosswalk with phone in your hand its stalking in your opinion? God...

i am not fucking talking about taking photos of them in a pushy way...

I am talking about getting out of car, move along a pregnant woman one time and go back to the car. NOBODY IN THE WORLD can say that is a fucking stalking.
