In case anyone is wondering the definition of stalking is to "pursue or approach stealthily". While a candid hunter is not using stealth to approach his target, he is, however, committing a form of stealth by attempting to capture images of the target without being detected. Therefore candid pic hunting is a form of stalking.

Guys, please debate the ethics of candids in open discussion. Thanks @"digchris" for sharing these.
