It depends on the woman. Some will show their bellies without tips, others will require tips before showing anything.

They're well aware that many folks have a fetish for that sort of thing. Plus, if you tip for it, they focus on it for a bit, exposing it if it's covered by clothing and rubbing it with their hands.
