Do you know what Facebook is? If so then the Buddy List is like your Facebook Friends List & the Buddy Request is like a Friend Request.

Tommy - on Facebook, being someone’s friend generally grants you access to see their profile, but here the buddy thing doesn’t seem to change anything.

I was using Facebook as an example. You now have the ability to accept or decline someone's Buddy Request. This is like the closet thing I can describe it to you as
