As a pregnancy fetishist, I obviously am very excited when I see women pregnant with multiples.

As a woman who just carried and delivered a nearly 10 pound baby and was on crutches for a good part of it due to the weight of the belly being too much for my tiny frame ... well, at this point multiples sound very uncomfortable.

This is one thing that's always fascinated me about fertile women.  One would think the pain of child birth and the discomfort would discourage women from having children.  And yet, you have many women would more than four or five kids if they could.  Interesting.

It’s a wonderful companion to a fetish in which males are overrepresented. The very same evolutionary incentives that generated a fascination and sexual association in males with the state of a woman being pregnant also makes it the case that there are women which just have a higher drive to become or derive some deep fulfillment, sexual or otherwise or both, from being pregnant themselves. 
Females that are pulled by their bodies to have children or be pregnant generally reproduce more than those that aren’t or who find the negatives to outweigh the positives, so it’s no surprise that the trait had been selected for at least somewhat

I like this discussion, interesting. 

Personally I always had said to my family etc that I would never have kids. I like my freedom too much.

But something happened in my twenties where my body basically had other ideas about this. I kept getting all these strong urges to procreate ... not just about sex, but to get pregnant - and here we are! I’ve had two now.

And bless you for it, Winnie! I always thought only a cruel God would make women unattractive to men when they are pregnant. Fortunately, we have a benevolent God, and so Winnie, you look great! Hot, too!
