Jesus, this is fucking stupid. You can't just ignore someone trying to serve you child support papers. You can be served at work, at home, walking to your car, etc. If you take steps to avoid being served and she can prove to the court that she made every effort possible, the court can rule in her favor anyway and suddenly you're on the hook for child support. But if you bury your head in the sand and don't know you're on the hook for child support, then you can go to fucking jail if you don't pay.

Your best hope is that 1) she doesn't serve you with papers, or 2) the baby isn't actually yours.
