I've been looking into dolls for a while...lol. I've only bought an inflatable one and this mini blow up one purely for curiosity. Blow up one was "ok" but not the greatest thing ever, I'd rather something more solid. I've dabbled with making my own, but that's a tad difficult in my present situation.
