I remember watching a movie back in the day called like "Half a dozen babies" which seemed like a dream come true as a I was young and starting out with my fetish and you get to see her hugely pregnant sextuplet belly in all its glory. But then when she has a stroke because of it, that really drove home the message for me that the pregnant women of our dreams are just people too, and women that undergo the grueling and risky process of a multiple pregnancy should really be respected and admired more.

Honestly I never got the appeal to the Demi Moore Vanity cover. She's hot, not questioning that, but I'm into BIG pregnant bellies, and honestly IRL just doesn't get big enough. So if it's something I'm into, it probably isn't made with the scope of reality in mind.
