Considering the lack of responses here, Bellyfan27, I think what you should probably do is just create the brackets yourself instead of depending on others to contribute. I think you had the right idea to try and garner investment in the tournament by soliciting participation in its construction, but clearly, no one was interested in that (plus I'm not sure this forum receives a lot of eyes).

But people see an aleady established tournament in the "general pictures" forum, I think that would be eye catching (in a forum that has way more eyes) and voting requires minimum effort. See if the moderators will allow the thread to be pinned for the month, and I think you could get a pretty good turnout!

And then if the moderators accept it as an "official" aspect of the community, maybe this will catch on and be even more popular next year.
