One thing I like obviously is japanese and other such vids. Is there an offline subtitle generator for videos? The online AI generated ones always ask for money. Most of the videos you get on here don't have subtitles. Probably because the japanese that find them don't bother to keep the subtitles from the videos as they don't need them.

you can use this. open source so no need to pay and relatively easy to set up. im not fluent in japanese but seems like subtitle somewhat match the context of the speech. works faster on m1 mac than intel cpu
