For a bunch of stories, my favorites got deleted somehow. The two that are top of mind are - 

1. A rapid pregnancy, believe it was on deviantart, where a competitive dancer gets suddenly pregnant - there’s a scene where her dance instructor kicks her out of the company for being pregnant/too big, and I believe her dancer crush promises to support her?

2. This is definitely literotica - sister gets married, and takes pill after the ceremony that gets her far-along pregnant right after the first married bone. Then, the bride tells her sister that her new husband wants the sister to get pregnant too, so they have sex and both sisters end up repeatedly pregnant.
