Because it's still depicting underage individuals, realistic looking ones, nude.

Some of those bellies are impressive. I'm still trying to find the right keywords to net a multiple pregnancy and haven't figured it out yet other than maybe a good beginner image.

Most of those are done without a start image, as I found it difficult to get the AI to hugely change a starting image, just took a lot of playing with keywords and parameters

Regency era, victorian era both gave some good output. Giant boobs as a prompt doesn't hurt either.
