Don't know if they recorded anything during this time, but Zia McCabe of the Dandy Warhols (Veronica Mars) toured while pregnant, and and I believed performed nude.

It's not a singer, but this fun fact is related to music in some way. Remember the now iconic Herb Alpert cover for his "Whipped Cream & Other Delights" album? Well, did you know that the model for that cover was three months pregnant when she shot it?
