- Using a woman as a fuck toy and baby factory (with her consent, of course)
- A woman's belly swelling to 9 months pregnant immediately after a creampie
- A ghost fetus entering a woman's womb and making her belly swell
- Making a woman's belly grow to 9 months just by telling her she's pregnant
- A woman getting so turned on that her belly swells up to look pregnant
- A woman's belly swelling up after hearing a baby cry
- A woman getting shot with a rapid pregnancy ray/gun/ray gun
- A woman touching a fertility statue and becoming pregnant as a result

Mate I agree with everything you listed. The one thing I would add is the loss of control element. What makes sudden pregnancy situations hot is a woman not intending to be pregnant then suddenly finding her uterus expanding, filling with an unexpected life and she is helpless to stop it.

Lack of consent is indeed taboo but it makes the difference in my opinion. For example, a classic abduction by aliens scenario or a creature from outer space that lands on earth and starts forcibly breeding with our women leaving a large number of pregnancies in its wake.

‘Species 2’ is one example of forced impregnation that was done extremely well.

I always like when a pregnant woman assigns blame for the pregnancy on the man. Like, "how could you do this to me? Now I'm going to get fat!" Or the in-labor classic, "you did this to me!"
