I like this one.  Especially if somehow you don't have to raise or support the baby.

If I were to modify that scenario, I would say it would be hotter if she was convinced by a (female) friend --- even though she really didn't like the idea of being pregnant again, especially at 44 --- to do a surrogate pregnancy.  I just think surrogacy is hotter, especially since there's something kind of perverted (in my mind at least) about growing a baby in your womb, growing those huge milky pregnancy titties, and pushing the baby out of your vagina for someone else.

Pregnant wife -always hot.  

Anytime a woman mentions she's having (wants) number 4, or higher.  Also, quick succession pregnancies.  

An older 40+ woman who thinks babies and birthing has missed her getting pregnant and unexpectedly loving it.  Especially is she kind-a, sort of, on-purpose got pregnant.

I really enjoy situations where the woman in question agrees to be pregnant, but gets way more than she bargained for. A favorite specific scenario would be a woman agreeing to be a surrogate (whether that be for a friend or family) and assuming it would be easy, only to discover months later she was expecting twins or triplets

Or based on my RL experience in my late teens-early 20s experience, meeting a pregnant beauty in a bikini who's abit older than me and had a good attitude, enjoyed talking with me and the "friend for a day" memory that lasts a lifetime.

To a realistic extent, propably my top-turn on is the idea of a woman who repeatedly gets pregnant as soon as she's able after giving birth. From previous replies, I'm clearly not alone in this.

Some REALISTIC scenarios of this theme include:

1) The perfect housewife who's world revolves around pregnancy and motherhood. She marries young and begins the journey during the honeymoon!

2) A pregnancy 'addict' who uses regular surrogacy to indulge her fetish without giving up a life that fulfills her more than motherhood.

3) An older woman who's racing the clock to reach her desired number of children after delaying motherhood in her 20's. [insert light mommy-dom if she's a cougar ]

Some examples of VERY UNREALISTIC scenarios from the depths of my imagination that I sometimes write about include:

4) Something I call the "Queen Bee" fantasy. Built like a true Venus, this woman is the very definition of fertility and spends her life like a goddess. She lays naked in plush comforts all day, gets hand-fed and bathed by servent girls, and is fucked or brought to orgasm several times a day. However, she must also do her part ... she's constantly pregnant, often with multiples, and her sole purpose is to constantly birth children and produce highly desired "nectar", aka milk. When she is unable to continue in this role and retires in luxury, one of her many daughters will be annointed in her place.

5) On the flipside, I have what I call the "Cow" fantasy. Rather than being put on a pedestal like the queen bee above, this one conforms more to the hucow farm idea. Here, women are forcibly impregnated, milked, and treated like cattle. It can be a small family homestead situation (perhaps 1 or a few women kept to provide for a single family and who have access to larger quarters and outdoor 'pastures') or an industrial complex situation (huge facility and small pens, etc.). They're very much still HUMAN, e.g., they sleep in a bed, walk upright, etc., but their purpose is to have many babies and produce milk as a commodity. This fantasy can fluctuate from voluntary (e.g., women willingly and knowingly signing up temporarily for pay like any other seasonal agricultural worker) or full-blown domestication (e.g., little knowledge of outside world, no formal education, progeny sold or raised for same purpose, etc.).

I'll add one more:

One scenario I’ve always loved is the “guy impregnates multiple women at the same time”/accidental poly scenario. Where a newlywed couple bring their best friend lesbian couple into their bridal suite, they fuck nonstop and the lesbian couple are both pregnant and the wife is expecting twins. The inconvenience of waddling around with a huge pregger gut: having it get in my way while also making almost everything harder to do, to the point where all the struggling makes me sweaty and out of breath. 

All the better if someone else is actively contributing toward that struggle, over-serving me with larger portions and extra meals because they know it will only make me get bigger than I already am and struggle more.

And better still if they tease me about my size and weight, making it seem like it’s my lack of self control that’s leading to all the weight gain, even though they’re the one trying to fatten me up.

But, to be fair, I never stop them when they stuff me full.
