I am not sure how you would determine who to "trust". But perhaps a Google drive would be appropriate. Simply admin it and require a password for entry. Then anyone violating whatever rules, could be easily removed.

It would be too much of a liability -- one bad apple and the whole thing would be ruined. Also, teens are the last group we want exposed to certain members. Finally, content should be shared publicly. No one really wins from obtaining profile information and we're not administering a "trusted" list. Sorry guys.
