Me personally, I guess the only way to win on this dilemma is to be invited on the pretext that you're one of the lady's friends and also convincing their husband that nothing fishy will happen. Yes, she’s pregnant and obviously into you and vice versa, but she’s married bro. Sure, you’ll get to smash a pregnant woman (which is every guys dream on this forum btw mine included) but are you willing to take the risk of ruining a marriage AND a family if you’re caught??? Just think of the ramifications if that were to happen.

I'm going to be another voice of dissent here and advise you, unless she's in an open marriage or something - and since you didn't mention that I assume it's pretty unlikely that she is - not to do it.

Firstly, if you're already feeling guilty, imagine how much worse that will feel if you actually go through with it. As the poster above said, you could be involved with seriously ruining someone's life. I've been in a relationship in which a third got involved (in a different way) and it's fucking horrible, you wouldn't want someone to do it to you.

And secondly, with that in mind, do you really want her husband to come and kick your head in if he finds out?

I think that as tempting as it might seem, if you're asking here if you should do it then you already know that it's a bad idea.

Two possibilities :
1. You fuck her and then feel guilty about it.
2. You don't and you spend your life regretting it.

I think guilt over hot sex is more manageable than the regret of a missed occasion.
