This one had some of the best & realistic fake bellies ever. I'm guessing they're fake bc it would be cheaper & safer than to use real pregnant women. The only videos I know that had a real pregnant women in it are: the Jessie Decker video on the 1st page, the video that Natlie Portman was in (I'm excluding the Beyonce vid bc it's a live performance) a foreign woman that had twins (forget her name but I know she had this hot pic of her in a bath tub)

They were actually really pregnant. I had watched an interview on the main blonde on YouTube, and turns out they even had another dancer for the video that was super pregnant but she unfortunately popped right before filming. If only she held out a little longer :’(

My favorite part about this one is the water break at the end!

Here is a classic from back in the day. It's the first pregnant based music video I saw. Came across it on Dailymotion which I used a lot in the 2010s.

Awesome. There is a "sequal" to this video, the black guy in the sequal played a character named "Smart Brotha" (he was in a movie called Undercover Brotha) with Eddie Griffin. Idk if any of the women are pregnant in it or not.

Does anyone have the parody of "Knocked Up?" Opened with a clip from the movie then had a super hot woman rapper talk about how she got pregnant from a one-night stand? Even ended in a delivery room.
