I just found out a coworker of mine is pregnant and I am super hyped! I don't know how far along she is, but she isn't showing yet. Although I figure if she's far enough along to start telling people, then she's got to start getting a bump soon, right? And she is a petite girl, so I know she is going to get huge! lol. This probably isn't that exciting to most people on here, but it's not like I can get this off my chest to anyone I know IRL, so I figured I'd at least share it with some other people that can appreciate how it feels... and so this thread isn't just a total dead end, does anyone else want to share any pregnant coworker experiences they have had?

This story exists somewhere on another thread, but I'll repost it.  Had two coworkers that got pregnant at about the same time.  One was tall and pregnant with twins, the other was short and pregnant with just one, and both were very slim.  They had a friendly rivalry of sorts to see who would get the bigger belly, and through luck of the draw I was one of a small group to regularly "judge" them, including regularly feeling both bare bellies at the same time, from single-digit weeks all the way up until they went on maternity leave.  Good times.

Also had another very fit coworker that got absolutely massive with her second.  Think Mina Stefan kind of proportions, except with smaller boobs.  She dressed pretty conservative during the day, but we had a gym at work, and if I stayed there late enough I'd see her in tank top, gym shorts, and sports bra on the elliptical or lifting weights.  She went on quasi-maternity leave for the last couple weeks of her pregnancy but she was still working from home part-time until she popped.  One time just a few days before her due date someone needed to take a box of records to her from the office.  Naturally I volunteered.  When she answered the door she was in those little gym shorts and a presumably pre-pregnancy tank top that barely cleared her belly button.  I didn't get to stay long and chat - she left the front door open as I took the box into her house, so I took that as a clue that she wanted to get me out of there so she could get off her feet.

On the contrary Ntchndlr, witnessing pregnancy up close is always exciting. I had a similar experience when I used to work at Sears. She was petite(about 5' 3") and her boyfriend was a big, husky dude(over 6'). She got pretty huge as you can imagine and I even got to feel her belly towards the end. It was awesome to watch.

Cool, thanks for sharing your stories! Nice to hear other people have enjoyed their experiences. I still don't know how far along she is, but she was wearing a semi tight dress today. There was definitely a little bit of a bulge around her belly, thought it was hard to tell if its actually the start of a baby bump, or if she was just a little bloated or something like I know some women get early in their pregnancy. To be honest, I never paid that close of attention to her body type before I found out she was pregnant. lol.

It's always fun when there's a pregnant woman you interact with regularly... just privately taking this pleasure in her getting a bit larger day to day, week to week.
