I was thinking the same thing but I wanna wait until we have a few more interested folks before we set up the Google Doc.

All I can contribute is ideas, sadly. But I love the idea of an RPG style game where the player is pregnant. An alternate idea to the chosen one idea, there could be an evil sorceress who has cursed every woman in the land to be pregnant. Your character could be one of the only women doing something about it and you go on a quest to stop the sorceress or something

I really wish they went with the original concept with "The Last of Us" with ellie being a pregnant teen and playing as her while joel was her caretaker. The creators of the game said they changed it cause it would of been too jarring to see a young pregnant girl die in the death cutscenes.

There's currently a table-top pregnancy RPG called MaiestaRPG on deviantART, and from what I've played, it's really fun! The only downsides are that you A: have to put effort in to creating, writing, and role-playing as your character (I.E. giving them a backstory/describing their personality/etc.), and B: there isn't really anything in the way of visuals in-game itself (though the creator and co-creator of the game, Cross-Crescent and Verdazin, are awesome pregnancy artists and have done a good amount of art for the game).
