Also for the guys: DON'T post on your profile you're into pregnancy or pregnant women. They do check your profile when you message them so make sure you have a legit face pic. Like a few said, don't mention pregnancy up front. Let them. Some don't use the words "pregnancy", "pregnant" or "expecting" on their profile to avoid scaring away guys who aren't interested.

This is aside from the old profiles. Even when you find a profile, you have to hope and pray they respond eventually. I usually reply with my cell number and tell them to text me if they want to follow up.

Yep, emphasis on the patience aspect. 

You will also need to do the looking 90% of the time but also market yourself as friendly to preggos in your POF profile. Maybe something along the lines of "It's fine with me if you're pregnant or expecting". Just throwing this out there.
