I've been trying to make a script for doing this because of how tedious it is, but POF loads some javascript which only THEN loads the page; very frustrating. if i get something together ill post it here

Its mostly luck and timing. Had some just shut me down or block me ASAP, had others where we talked for a bit and things fizzled out, and a couple who I was getting close to meeting but either delivered or something else came up.

Either way I think I lucked out and met an awesome girl on there, so I won't be using it

Use Fiddler to examine the asynchronous calls and ape them using the HttpClass in C#.
