Sure if you want to pay child support one day.

If you're planning on just going to their house and fucking one of them, then prepare to have them take you to court years later for child support. Cases like this happen all the time where the couple goes after the sperm donor for money, even after both parties agree to it.

That's why sperm banks exist, just so the donor can't get screwed over by child support hounds.

As long as it is bound in a legal/binding document or contract. Then you should legally not be responsible for the child. Sperm banks have similar regulations to ensure that the donors are not held financially responsible for the child. I will say this though, traditional insemination will hold you legally responsible by default in most jurisdictions. Assisted insemination would not in most cases, which is sperm donors and IVF. Now, this depends on the jurisdiction you are in from the local to federal levels. States and counties may vary on legal views. I would recommend doing a large amount of personal research or contact legal authorities like a lawyer that deal with these type of civil/criminal cases since child support can be taken to criminal jurisdiction in courts. Some sperm banks that protect their donors even get screwed over by people seeking political gain. I would recommend going to a sperm bank if you actually want to do this out of the good of your heart, but you likely aren't. You just want some pregnancy content. @WallsD please be careful. I mentioned this before but Ill say it again. I personally someone who did this. He was only doing a favor for a friend. He didn't have the pregnancy fetish so he asked for nothing in return. The minute her relationship fell apart she took him to court for Child Support. On top of that she wouldn't let him see the child and got this kid thinking the father never wanted a thing to do with them. The father didnt get to speak to the kid until they were just about grown. The kid is grown now and hates both of them.

What they say is one thing but the minute things go south and they realize how expensive a baby really is they can and no doubt will change it up. Im sorry to say this @WallsD but all of the pregnant content and pregnant sex in the world isnt worth that kind of drama. Not only from your friend but also the child that will come of it. Id avoid it.

And last I heard ladies are going after sperm banks for Child Support as well.

We can post horror stories all day. @WallsD. Just make sure you have it in legally binding terms,not just some shit off the internet, like actually take them to a lawyer and get it in writing, you will not be held responsible. There should be no reason for them to get upset, a child is an 18 year commitment, a lot could happen in 18 years. You're just covering your ass.
