Guy I know just wrote a novel and published it through Amazon. There's a decent amount of pregnancy descriptions once you get about maybe a third of the way through. I haven't finished it yet, but it's a pretty central theme to the plot once it gets going. The way I'd describe it is if Croneberg wrote a novel about pregnancy, body horror-esque.
