Edit the video as you see fit. It’s your content, birth lovers will just have accept what you allow us to see and I’m sure we can still get off to it just fine hehehehe.

I enjoy being able to see the head crowning and the moment it pops free followed by the body however as long as I can see the vagina it doesn’t matter if the baby is edited out.

I have one video in particular where you can see the woman's belly completely change shape and hollow out as the baby is ejected out of her. It's fucking amazing. Granted, that one happened in one big push and I know most vaginas aren't a slip-and-slide like that, but -- wow.

One thing I'm still very iffy on is a labor/ birth video. I want to film the birth/ my contractions etc but I'm not sure how long I'd want to let that go on. I don't want the baby's face to be shown but would a blurred spot in a video be kind of a mood killer for people into birth?

 I'm not into birth, just the labor pains ( I had an orgasmic birth with my 1st, really sad I didn't get that on camera!) so I have no frame of reference lol! Help!

I'm not hugely into birth either. As far as I'm concerned, you don't have to film a birth video if you don't want to. Just make sure you keep us up to date on your pregnancy, though, especially your third trimester. lol

I'd really love to see an epic recording of your labor unfolding before heading to the hospital. This is so sensual and exciting.

Your concerns are understandable. Especially with this weird as world we live in. You could sensor the more sensitive parts you dont want to show if you put a video out for others to see. I bet a video you keep for yourself unedited would help you hold on to some great memories.

Personally I love seeing the whole process of a birth. Dealing with contractions, fighting the urge to push until you are fully dilated, and the struggle to get a large baby our of a small opening. Between my kids and my friends kids is has been an amazing honor to just be present at their births.

To be fair, after growing in a confined space for 9 months and then squeezed through a small opening many babies faces look kind of the same fresh out. Aside from some distinguishing features like skin/hair color and any birth marks.
You could probably take a bunch pictures mid birth and blur out everything but baby's face and the mom's might not be able to tell which is theirs :p
