As a guy, I would love to be pregnant. Wouldn't want to have the kid though, just be pregnant. Which makes the whole thing even more unrealistic.

Very much so... Mpreg, to me at least, was one of the ealiest branches I remember developing from my pregnancy fetish as a child. It didn’t really start to come on ‘strong’ until I was well into my late teens though. Maybe pushing 20.

As above, I wouldn’t be interested in keeping the child but as a surrogate? Certainly.

I would love to see how my own belly would look as it would become increasingly swollen with pregnancy. I would like to see how my belly would expand and how it would look to me as I looked down to see that outward curve of tightening, smooth skin. As you can probably hazard a guess by my username, I would also love to see how my belly button would distort during the pregnancy progression. How it would begin to shallow out. How it would stretch as my skin drew-out over the growing bulge and then maybe, at the end, it inverting into a small ‘outie’. There’s just ‘something’ that would turn me on at the sight of seeing my own pregnant stomach...and I appreciate that sounds odd also!

I know plenty of men out there aren’t into this (which is fine) and to be honest the only pregnant belly I’d like to see on a male is my own...if that makes sense!

Don’t forget, there’s the ‘Mpreg Central’ forum. I’m also a member there. I've posted up a few Mpreg stories over in their fiction section too. I do intend on writing more stories both for there and here as I really enjoyed writing them. It's just finding the time these days...

I can't say I would want to be pregnant, but it would be an interesting experience. I have had a few rp sessions involving alien or supernatural mpreg that were pretty fun. I love active pregnant bellies so feeling and seeing all the movement would be awesome.

This is one branch of pregnancy fetishism that holds no interest for me. It does not repulse me, but mpreg content makes an easy pass for me.

I have found it intriguing for some time and have always had it on the periphery of my preg fetish, however recently it has become more front and center. I found the Reface app and realized I could see myself on ANY preg body and it took off from there. I now scour the pages look for faces and bodies that fit my ideal and my face. It was a revelation. But I agree with earlier statements...only interested in myself. Not sure if this counts as MPREG since the end result is on a female preg body, but all the same it's been a blast!
